MojAAI@EduHr
AAI@EduHr is the authentication and authorisation infrastructure of the science and higher education system in the Republic of Croatia.
Electronic identity in the AAI@EduHr system has the form ID_korisnika@oznaka_ustanove.hr
An electronic identity from the AAI@EduHr system is a valuable asset personally assigned to a member of the academic and research community by their home institution. An electronic identity is not a "user account" used for a single service — it provides access to a large number of different services from different service providers.
An electronic identity often enables its holder to access their personal data and exercise various material rights. For all the reasons stated above, the electronic identity should be used exclusively by its owner, not shared with other persons, and carefully protected from any unauthorised use.
- A list of home institutions and authorised persons whom users can contact to obtain an electronic identity can be found on this page
Users who forget their username or password in the AAI@EduHr system should contact the person or office that issued their electronic identity in order to verify it and set a new password.
Reporting a fault – domski internet
Students residing in student dormitories can report a fault with the domski internet via the University of Zagreb Student Centre web system (using mobile networks, connecting to a publicly available hot-spot, etc.). If a student does not have access to their student web profile, it is still possible to submit a report manually at a designated location within the student dormitory (e.g. the storeroom, reception desk, dormitory administration office, etc.).
In addition to the report itself, which students can now submit from anywhere at any time, this also brings advantages when analysing the number of faults, the speed of resolution, and various other possibilities through the back-end system accessed by administrators, i.e. SCZG technicians who work on maintaining the domski internet. Ultimately, this will lead to faster problem resolution, which in turn will help improve the stability of the dormitory internet network.
Two access technologies are available within the domski internet system: wired and wireless. A wired connection guarantees and provides a dedicated, reliable link at a constant speed, whereas a wireless connection may be less stable (depending on the number of people using it at any given moment) but offers greater convenience. Students are therefore recommended to use a wired internet connection for serious and important tasks (especially online lectures and exams).
