The results of the Call for applications for subsidised accommodation of students in student dormitories for the academic year 2026/2027 are now available. You can view the ranking list by clicking on the points threshold.

The University of Zagreb Student Centre, following the results of the Call for applications for exercising the right to subsidised accommodation in student dormitories, enables students to reserve a room online.

Accommodation in student dormitories can be paid online throughout the academic year. This lets students settle any outstanding debts as well as pay rent one month in advance.

Transfer applications are filled in by students who have been granted the right to accommodation and have a justified reason for wanting to move from one student dormitory to another. There is no time limit within which the transfer must be arranged. Students may submit transfer applications in person, by post or by e-mail (poslovnica@sczg.hr).

Today, 06.08.2026., during the day, the accommodation support payment for students renting from private landlords in the area of Grad Zagreb and Zagrebačka županija will be made to students who have signed the contract and who have been granted the right to this support for the academic year 2025/2026.

Based on the Decision on the amount of subsidies and quota for subsidised accommodation in the academic year 2025/26 by the Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i mladih, CLASS: 602-01/25-03/00077, REG. NO: 533-04-25-0001, the total quota for accommodation with a private landlord in the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County is 1000. In accordance with the MZOM quota for accommodation with private landlords, the points threshold has been lowered.

Accommodation in a single room in a student dormitory for health reasons

A committee composed of specialists in school and adolescent medicine will determine a ranking list of students according to the severity of their health difficulties, as well as a list of students for whom accommodation in a single room is not recommended due to health contraindications. Today, 23.07.2026., during the day, the accommodation support payment for students renting from private landlords in the area of Grad Zagreb and Zagrebačka županija will be processed for students who have signed a contract and who have been granted the right to this support for the academic year 2025/2026.

The laundry facility at the student village Stjepan Radić will operate from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 20:00, during the period from 16 July to 31 August 2026.

The University of Zagreb Student Centre is publishing a Call for applications for subsidised accommodation in student dormitories for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Persons with student status may use summer accommodation at SD ,,Stjepan Radić" from 16 July to 31 August 2026.

Students who have study obligations at their faculty after 15 July 2026, upon presenting a certificate from their faculty, may use the right to extended accommodation.
