Final ranking list of the Call for applications for determining the right to accommodation support for students with private landlords in the area of Grad Zagreb and Zagrebačka županija for the academic year 2025/2026.

Students who have been granted the right to accommodation support with private landlords (subsidy) will conclude a contract on mutual rights and obligations with the University of Zagreb Student Centre Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.
Contracts are signed from 12.1.2026. to 30.1.2026. at the Office for Student Accommodation, Tourism and Sport between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., every working day.
Students who do not sign the contract by the stated date will be considered to have waived their right to accommodation support with private landlords. The contract is signed upon mandatory presentation of a student ID card (X-ica) or a personal ID card.
Pursuant to the Decision on the amount of subsidies and the quota for subsidised housing in the academic year 2025/26. by Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i mladih, CLASS: 602-01/25-03/00077, REG. NO.: 533-04-25-0001, the total quota for accommodation with a private landlord in the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County is 1000, and the subsidy amounts to 60,00 euros/month.
In accordance with the Final ranking list and the MZOM quota, the right to the subsidy is granted to students up to and including ordinal number 1000.
