ROOM RESERVATION

The University of Zagreb Student Centre, following the results of the Call for applications for exercising the right to subsidised accommodation in student dormitories, enables students to reserve a room online (https://natjecaj.sczg.hr/student).

Room reservation allows students to choose a pavilion within the student village, choose the position of the room, and also shortens the check-in procedure.

Students are not obliged to reserve a place online, as they can exercise their right to move in until 21 September 2026 into available non-reserved rooms.

The deadline for paying the cost of the reserved room is 10 September 2026; after that, reservations are deleted and students may move into one of the remaining available rooms. Students pay the cost of the reserved room via their web profile or in person at the student dormitory cash desk by 10 September 2026. Payment for the accommodation reservation will be available from 1 September from 8:00h to 10 September 2026 until 12:00h. If a student pays the reservation cost by 10 September 2026, they may personally move into the reserved room until 9 October 2026.

1. "OLD ROOM" RESERVATIONS*

18.08. (8:00 h) – 20.08.2026. (20:00 h)

2. "AVAILABLE ROOM" RESERVATIONS

21.08. (12:00 h) – 25.08.2026. (8:00 h)

Students who have reserved accommodation but will not pay the reservation cost or move in by 10 September 2026 lose their right to the reserved place and may move into the remaining available places until 21 September 2026.

Regular move-in (start of subsidised accommodation) begins on 1 September and lasts until 21 September 2026. Students who do not move in (or do not pay the reservation) during this period lose their right to subsidised accommodation in the 2026/2027 academic year.

Early move-in to student dormitories will be available from 27 August 2026.

* refers to rooms in which students resided during the previous academic year (2025/2026), i.e. those who were checked in until 15.05.2026.
