Lowering of the points threshold for exercising the right to accommodation support for students with private landlords in the area of Grad Zagreb and Zagrebačka županija for the academic year 2025/2026.

Based on the Decision on the amount of subsidies and the quota for subsidised housing in the academic year 2025/26 by the Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i mladih, KLASA: 602-01/25-03/00077, URBROJ: 533-04-25-0001, the total quota for accommodation with private landlords in the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County is 1000. In accordance with the MZOM quota for accommodation with private landlords, the points threshold has been lowered.

The points threshold is:

1255 points

The final ranking list has been published on the website: www.sczg.unizg.hr and on the notice board of the Office for Student Accommodation, Tourism and Sport (Savska cesta 25). 

Students who have been granted the right to accommodation support with private landlords (subsidy) based on the lowering of the points threshold will sign a contract on mutual rights and obligations with the University of Zagreb Student Centre Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

Contracts will be signed from 31.07.2026. to 07.08.2026. (up to and including 07.08.2026.) at the Office for Student Accommodation, Tourism and Sport from 8 to 15 hours, every working day.

Students who do not sign the contract by the stated date will be considered to have waived their right to accommodation support with private landlords. The contract is signed with the mandatory presentation of a student ID card (X-ica) or a national ID card.
