INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING VOUCHERS FOR TOKENS – LAUNDRY ROOMS IN STUDENT VILLAGES 'STJEPAN RADIĆ' AND 'CVJETNO NASELJE'

Online purchasing of vouchers for laundry room tokens is now available at the student villages 'Stjepan Radić' and 'Cvjetno naselje'.

A student resident of the student village makes the purchase via their AAI user profile.

Description of the online payment process:

To purchase token vouchers, you need to log in to your personal AAI profile: https://natjecaj.sczg.hr/student/login.ashx and in the menu (below the photograph) select: 'Naplata vaučera za žetone'

A menu will open:

'Pregled vaučera za žetone'

'Plaćanje vaučera za žetone'

You need to select 'Plaćanje vaučera za žetone', and then choose the type of token (washing/drying) and the quantity.

By pressing 'Novi' you add another type of token (if you selected washing, by pressing 'Novi' you can choose a drying token) and the quantity.

NOTE: Voucher payment services are available only to student residents of the student villages 'Stjepan Radić' and 'Cvjetno naselje', and vouchers can only be purchased for the student village where you are a resident.

By pressing 'Plaćanje' a window will open showing the amount on your bill and your consent to the payment terms and the SCZG personal data protection statement. If the amount is correct and you agree with the above, you need to select 'U redu' or, otherwise, select the option 'Odustani' which will return you to the service selection.

If you selected 'U redu' the system will redirect you to the WSPay payment system.

You need to enter the personal details of the cardholder and the details of the card you will use to pay for the vouchers, and then select 'Izvrši plaćanje'.

After that, you need to authorise the transaction.

By authorising, you have completed the payment for the selected services.

By logging into your AAI profile again, you can view all paid vouchers.

To use a purchased voucher, you need to 'retrieve' it and download the QR code, which you must show to the staff member in the laundry room in order to collect the token for the service you paid for.

In the paid vouchers overview, you will be able to see which vouchers you have used (date and time) and which vouchers remain unused.
