Web system for students using the services of University of Zagreb Student Centre


Welcome to the web system of the University of Zagreb Student Centre, designed for students using accommodation services, work through Student servis and sports facilities of the University of Zagreb Student Centre.

Here you can access the following services:

  • submit an application for subsidised accommodation in a student dormitory
  • view the detailed scoring of submitted documents for subsidised accommodation in a student dormitory
  • reserve accommodation after the call for applications results are published
  • download a certificate of non-granted right to accommodation (for the purpose of accommodation in a pupil dormitory)
  • pay by card for accommodation in a student dormitory (after confirmed reservation / moving into a student dormitory)
  • use some of the Student servis services (new contract, contract overview, printing certificates, earnings by year)
  • search for employers
  • pay for and reserve a slot for sports services

If you do not have an AAI account and wish to apply for subsidised accommodation, you can do so here. **

Prospective students (freshers) and students who currently do not have an active AAI profile can be assigned temporary access to an AAI profile by the University of Zagreb Student Centre in order to apply for the Call for applications for the allocation of places to full-time students in student dormitories for the academic year 2026/27.

  1. First and last name;
  2. OIB;
  3. Date of birth;
  4. Contact phone/mobile number;

** this route is intended exclusively for persons who currently do not hold student status (school-leavers, persons who have completed a certain level of study and are progressing to a higher one, persons transferring from one higher-education institution to another, etc.) and who will acquire full-time student status in the academic year for which they are applying for subsidised accommodation in a student dormitory
